UVPRO — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all photography services provided by UVPRO (“the Photographer”) through www.uvpro.co.uk. By booking a photoshoot, you (“the Client”) agree to these terms in full.

1. Services Provided

UVPRO offers a range of photography services including but not limited to:

• Event photography
• Portrait, glamour, and pin-up shoots
• Fashion and editorial shoots
• Commercial and product photography
• Studio and location-based sessions
• Image retouching and editing services

2. Bookings & Deposits

• Bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
• Deposits are non-refundable after 7 days from the date of payment.
• Instalment payment plans are available for certain services, provided the deposit is paid.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the shoot may be eligible for rescheduling.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the shoot will result in loss of deposit.
• Rescheduling is possible if the deposit has been paid and the Photographer is available.

4. Copyright & Image Usage

• All images remain the copyright of UVPRO.
• Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to use the images unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The Photographer reserves the right to use any images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes.
• Clients may not sell, license, or alter images without written consent.

5. Delivery of Images

• Final edited images will be delivered within 14–28 days depending on the number of edits required.
• Preview images may be shared before final delivery.
• Rush delivery services are not available.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must arrive on time for their shoot. Late arrivals will have their session shortened to the remaining booked time.
• Wardrobe, styling, and concept will be arranged in advance according to the booking.
• For studio shoots, clients are expected to bring their own props unless agreed otherwise. A limited selection of studio props is available.

7. Liability & Safety

The Photographer will take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe and professional environment during the shoot. However:

• UVPRO accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the shoot, whether in studio, on location, or during travel.
• Clients attend and participate at their own risk.
• Outdoor shoots are subject to weather conditions. If safety or image quality may be compromised, the Photographer reserves the right to reschedule.
• Clients are responsible for their own belongings, outfits, and props during the shoot.

8. Travel & Additional Costs

• Travel outside the Photographer’s local area will incur an additional fee, covered by the Client.
• For shoots requiring overnight stays, accommodation must be provided or covered by the Client.

9. Model Releases & Confidentiality

• A signed model release is required for shoots involving identifiable persons, particularly glamour and pin-up work.
• Confidentiality agreements may be used for sensitive projects.
• Overtime is charged at the rate included in the relevant package.

10. Online Store & Digital Products

• All online purchases (e.g., packages, edits, digital downloads) are non-refundable once purchased.
• Payment must be made in full before delivery of digital products.

11. Changes to These Terms

UVPRO may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on www.uvpro.co.uk.
