Refund Policy – UVPRO Photography
At UVPRO, we aim to provide a professional and transparent service. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking.
Photography Trips & Packages

7-Day Deposit Refund – All deposits paid for photography trips are refundable within 7 days of payment.

Non-Refundable After 7 Days – After this period, deposits become non-refundable.

Final Balance – The remaining balance for trips is due as agreed in your booking confirmation. Once paid, it is also non-refundable except where required by law.
Image Editing & Revisions

Each editing package includes a maximum of 3 revisions per image.

Additional revisions beyond the 3 included will incur an extra charge, agreed before work begins.

Refunds are not available for completed editing work once the final files have been delivered.
Cancellations

To cancel a booking, email us as soon as possible at info@uvpro.co.uk.

Cancellations made after the 7-day deposit refund period will not be eligible for a refund.

You may be able to transfer your booking to another date or trip, subject to availability.
